Rarely has a track made me want to go straight to the club and get it on at the dancefloor like this one. Respect.

Everybody knows that Fanta and me usually agree since Aunt Fanti is my one and only scene hero(tm) and probably, excuse me, CERTAINLY one of the most overrat... uhm ... respected C64 musicians ever but still - this time I just have to disagree. While Jeff´s tune is nothing short of brilliance this is a very well deserved *first* place in my book. Fav from the party!

yes! no! maybe? my mind is spoiled about this one. not my favourite style but well done anyway, deserves the second place! but i just could swap the lyrics with another and it would probably sound right. michal, when will you stop spamming around with your broken speech synth? =)

the hidden tune is lovely. /me likey likes it!!!

hell yeah - this is the weirdest sounding SID i can think of, still keeping it melodic. Didn't catch the lyrics/speech part on the party - but that has nothing to do with the SID, I guess… :D

Can't stop bobbing my head to that hook :D

yes, i know the lyrics are rather non-understandable, but i simply couldn't translate phil elverum to sid waveforms better, at least in time given. thanks for your comments, thanks for the party!

Great vocal programming once more Randall, though I couldn't really hear much of it on the sound system in the compo. Still, a really awesome piece of work! Well done winning 1st first place!

oh btw, when the tune stops, wait for about a minute! :)

When listening to this on the scenesat-stream I could not recognize a single word.... BUT... that did not make it less enjoyable. A deserved winner... :)

I remember me and Jeroen tapping our feet to this at the party and saying: "fcking amazing soundwork!". Thanks for the experience Randall.

Impressive work both musically and technically. Perhaps not the most convincing formant vocals on SID but kudos for "just" using 2x speed! The bonus track is dope :)

Didn't get me hooked during the compo, and I have to admit it doesn't get me hooked after a few listens. It's nice, but this time you didn't hit my nerve. Sounds are too messy for me.

Randall: This was a kickass surprise for me at the party. I had no idea what was going on sid-techical wise. But really great tune with so much action!

Although Jeff's tune topped it slightly in the X2010 bunch for me and there are some odd notes and strange note steps (not bad by any mean just strange), this one seems to be something far out of your own frames and I must add that I like this direction a lot. I'm sure it is not intentional but it somehow reflects the spirit of Kjell Nordboe in my opinion and he was one of the most creative SID composers ever... Massive 10/10

I love the finale and the hidden one is a nice icing on the cake :)

C'grats for #1!

I normally don't vote 10 for entries that I am not entirely comfortable listening to, but in this case I just have to give a 10 for this complete mash up of the poor SID. Hehe.. Good work!
