I have created "The Ruling Empire" as release group; might be that it is just a slogan of one of the "Empire" groups, though.

Quite sure it is no LXT release, because it has no intro. Most probably just spread by Animalo somewhen.

Hard to tell in a rush which version this is, but obviously someone (maybe from LXT) trained the player attributes which are all 90 instead of random. Negative bedding in casino and many other issues are still unfixed.
