The question of whether this program can run under emulation has come up .. This program does run in modern VICE and Z64K emulators (though sometimes it will hang under VICE) ... but in case it fails 100% to boot for you ... read on.

This is an 80 column game, so you can't have CP/M thinking about 40cols VIC-II.
The key to running this game is having CP/M boot with "80 columns" in its head. =)

Best way is to get CP/M to bootup from 80 column VDC startup init in basic 7, aka with the 80col switch set. Make sure you have x128 running with virtual 40/80 key in the 80 col position @ VICE when you restart/start vice.

You can do this easily by starting x128 with -80col on command line.

Once you are at the A> prompt .. type BLUE or BLUE.COM and hit return. That should do it !

Cheers !

This is a (CP/M + VDC) C-128 game.

I am not kidding.

I am serious.

Really, I am serious here. No joke.
