Case solved, thanks to MdZ: it is actually referring to the Amiga _group_ Arcane: http://janeway.exotica.org.uk/author.php?id=688 , which was present and released something at that party.

Nope, it was not this Arcane, I asked him. Most probably someone new, from the old Danish scene, as he writes that he had not done anything on the C64 in the past 2 years at the time of writing. Will research further.

One scrolltext was written by a certain Arcane, who was already on the Amiga at the time of that party - possibly Arcane?

Scroller says "Graphics by Fox" but the logo is signed with S2 so I guess that is Sloop II (who signs off in one of the texts as S2)
