I believe this is one of the better images for a long time from you. How come?
Well, there is a tension of the blurred front and back.
The figure is portrayed from the side with her face turned away,
which suggests freer identification/projection.
The perspective helps the general stressed motion for a fixed motive
in which she raises her hand to get the glass. A snapshot if one wants.
You are sometimes too quick about your work and sometimes it could be a good thing.
For me its a beautiful sketch for a rather unfinished, but complex work. |
