Oh yeah, there are several red flags:

1. It's not Arkanoid, it's a Compute!'s Gazette game

2. It's using WGO's NTSC fix of Super Titlemaker (twice!), this is a dead giveaway that it's someone in UCF or WGO doing this, in my opinion

3. Mitch RARELY signed a scroll or put his name anywhere at all, while this has Mitch's name all over the place (including a Futurewriter doc file that would be a first for him)

4. Mitch and some of the other members of ESI were extremely careful about what they put their names on. If there was any hint it would be perceived as "lame" they would release it anonymously.

This do look like something someone else did to mock ESI (this is during the famous war), but I'll let someone else decide and theorize. It's surprisingly bad for being ESI.
