Thanks for nice feedback! Delay time can be set with parameter to the exe... just do anim8 2000 for a 2 second delay. Will look into bmp support and always on top (been thinking about that myself too)!

Very nice tool. It would be nice to have a little menu in the window for the following 2 options:

- Always on top
- Set delay time

Or make a command line parameter to set always on top option.

Also it would be nice to have BMP read support since CCS64 writes only BMP files and perhaps you can detect black colors that are almost black and make them really #000000 (to correct screenshots like e.g. Outshining Art).

Like the approach and will give it a try.

Of course I know how to do ani gifs, but the easiest tools do not support png and those who do are not really easy but rather complicated to handle (many steps till the anigif is done).

White pixel bug has been fixed. I have replaced the faulty version so please download anew. Correct exe version is 1.0.0.3.
