I was surprised when I was googling my old C64 username/handle online a few years ago and found this online along with "Mercenary - The Second City". Back in 1995, I decided to transfer a load of my C64 games over to my Amiga / PC and I think I transferred something like 320 games over. Some were already cracked and released from "big name" European groups, but a lot of them were quite old games that were on tape, so I had to lift them off tape myself. I didn't bother to put an intro on them as I thought nobody was going to see them anyway, so it didn't matter.
I think maybe 1995 or 1996 I decided to upload them all to the "Diamond Line BBS" and then to my own BBS in 1996. Its funny how only two of the games made it out into the 'scene' out of the three hundred I uploaded to the BBS :) |
