Good one. The original song is pretty challenging considering SID conversion. Interesting choice.

PRO: I think you could "salvage" the SID compatible content quite well; your more straight-to-the-point arrangement works great, now that tune has an optimal length; I like the drum sounds esp the kick and hats; the mid-part starts pretty promising...

CON: ...but again the mid drum part could take much more work and more precise tracking of the original to become more recognisable and make people really go "hmmmm"; the tune totally misses the brilliant guitar solo that could enhance your SID a lot; the last return of the main theme could be a little more enhanced; the begginning of main theme bass has a strange "oomph" sound in my old Beast (8580) /but I must add that it can be an odd behaviour of my old machine/. These things make it feel unfinished for me. It's worth refining, for sure.

Good one! Couldn't guess the cover though, but I'm not that familiar with Led Zeppelin. I like the drum solo! Really good toms.

Haha. eeeeehm... Billie Jean!!! :)
Finally someone that covers this one instead of stairway to heaven. (this one should be easier)
Love two things about it:
one: the bridge you tried to recreate. (if I would have voted at all you'd get a high mark just for trying)
two: the way you transformed a perfectly pentatonic song with a few blue notes so that it fits the quintessentially c64 sounding minor-scale arpeggios. (believe me. that is almost as hard as it to read the last sentence :))

the "drum" solo gives me loooong blue balls... other than that, I find myself not complaining too much.

Oh yeah, *very* hard to guess. Reminds me to finish my Moby Dick cover from the same album some day.

Correct, I did not think it would be so easy to guess...
