Wonderful production, A great way to remember how much I love Danko's tunes.

| Such a nice tribute! Congrats everyone that put it together. My small contribution was a scrolltext that was heavily cut, so for the sake of preservation, here it is in full: "Hey! Morpheus here... The first time I saw Danko – no, sorry – the first time I heard Danko was at the Agile/Rebels party in 1988. He was a member of Science 451 at the time and they had set up their computers in the dressing room of the school's gymnasium. It was my first party and because we didn't have a name in the scene yet (OK OK, we were lamers), things like other loud kids from groups I admired was a little intimidating. I can't remember what he said, but he was a very animated and loud character. Years later when I got to know Danko better, I learn that there's a lot of great things in that head of his and that greatness comes out in conversations, in music and sometimes evil mischief. :) We've been friends for many years and there's not enough time or memory on the C64 to write them all down, but I'm very happy I share them with him. And I hope there will be many more in the future even though he left Sweden for Germany which sounded like it was for good. Tomas min vän, have a wonderful birthday. And don't worry, the schnellfickerhosen you've always wanted is in the mail on route to Düsseldorf. :D I love you man! Morpheus signing off..." |

Grats Danko!
This was shown for Danko on his birthday here last Saturday. We streamed it for him with friends in discord. The highlight moment was when his Wife's greeting came up and he huged her i think. I am kinda soppy and could not stop smiling to the reaction, i wish i would had that recorded it was such a pure joy moment there.
Thanks to all who participated and produced this, you guys rules! Hope we will have more moments and birthday greetings to dish out :D |
