The older download it's just a time crunched version of the same file in the newer one, other than that the resulting ECA packed file is byte identical. It's ok for me to keep them together as they're the same release, just repacked later and god knows by who.

Mr.Ammo: Looks to me as it's the exact same release, only crunched differently. If so: no new entry needed. We can't have a separate entries for every locally crunched version of the same release. Can anyone look into that?

For whoever uploaded the new file: the old upload has 124 blocks and the new upload has 160 blocks. It also has a different sys line, so it's not the same release and should probably be a new release entry.
