No, it looks more like a picture with "add noise" laid over it! ;-)
I prefer the glossy clean look, sorry... hardcore Floyd Steinberg never was my thing, I'm a sucker for pattern- or even better joint pattern/floyd-dithering!
If i want noise or Floyd, I don't need pixelgfx!... Just take a photograph at dusk without a flash and brighten it up and you have more noise than you can handle! ;-)

This is probably the noisiest piece in the series. Here the floyd-steinbergian thing you were learning by hand seem to have evolved into something else... Still one of my favorites. It aint exacly no human face wrapped in plastic with excessive light on it shining like metal looking like oily, moulded rasterbars ;D
