After the comments here I uploaded my release as the D64 disks here:

Hot Rod +8

Soon I will remove this patch then..
eLK

This nice music used in the patch is not mine!
It is called:
Hot Rod (In Rod We Trust Remix, c64 Remix by DJ Skitz)
and can be found on remix64 pages.

WTF?
Where is the linux "patcher"?
Uploading any "patch" in this form deserves complete deletion imho. Furthermore its easily possible to create such a patcher on the real machine...

Can't express in a civilized way what else on this is wrong. Anybody go, download, laugh...

Hot Rod patch is a bug fix for REM version of Hot Rod.
DOWNLOAD ALL THE FILES!

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This patch is for REM version which does not have the name of the disk written!
You should recognize the good version by looking at the first file name. If there is "HOTROD+8 /REM" you have got good version. If you see "HOTROD +8 /REM" (there is a space between HOTROD and +8) you have got wrong version! The version in CSDb is wrong, so please, look on the web and find good version!

Fixes:
Fixed - Traffic lights on the first level are off before start.
Improoved - loading lines are blue as on the original SEGA release.
Added - when you win the last level with the RED car you should than color your car and start playing from the beginning after endsequence.

There are two versions of the patcher. The second one are two patchers for two sides of the disk devided into 4 parts because of the size of the single patcher is bigger than 2 megs.
You should use SIDEA and SIDEB graphical patcher, but if you are on Windows Vista or 7 please run the patch as administrator. Apply both the patches or it will not work correctly. If you are using the graphical patcher with music BE CAREFULL OF PATCHING THE RIGHT VERSION because this patcher doesn´t recognize if it is the right version! It doesn´t have CRC check.
Special thanks:
