Updates since beta 1.1:

* Now it should be possible to multiplay all kind of game-images, including cartridges (.CRT) and subparts of .T64/.D64 files.

* The CCS64 application is now more friendly towards other application, as it no longer uses more CPU power than necessary.

* It now uses DirectX/DirectInput for handling keyboard strikes, which means that it no longer annoyingly enters the windows menu bar when pressing the Alt or F10 keys.

* Whenever the 6510 CPU enters halt mode (because of execution of illegal instructions), a message appears with the option of entering the Machine Code Monitor for possible debugging of the C64 program.

* Various other very small fixes.
