This little editor was one of my last work on C-64. As far as I could discover based on my old notes its last update was happened on 20.08.1994. It was never released and still unfinished. Nevertheless, it's a working version with load and save support.
You can also edit the picture in fullscreen mode and this editor can handle 2 fullscreen pictures in parallel (you can switch the banks, copy-paste the selected blocks between them, etc.), and lots of more.

As far as I remember, I planned to support multicolor hires images as well but this part was not developed.
