It is the noter included in the original. So it belongs to the release, if included, and has to work on NTSC too.

actually only the dox made with a noter needed ntsc fix, the game was already working in ntsc =)

Nice NTSC fixing job. Few have enjoyed straightening raster bars. The crack intro works fine on NTSC too. Fun release!
