Summary
Submitted by Moloch on 7 March 2012
* New player graphics!

* Player energy levels working - if you have the ball and are moving energy gradually drops. If you post, it drops faster. If you attempt a steal or jump it also drops.
To replenish energy, the player must not have the ball and be standing still (ie if your energy gets low, pass it to your team mate!). This still needs refining but the basic mechanism is there.

* Player score board on right of screen. This will have some additional stats eventually (and you will be able to configure team/player names).

* Players under joystick control are highlighted with a flash. I'm strongly considering the idea of having a 4 player game now (2 other players on keys). If I can get this working I might look at the Protovision 4 player adapter.
Does anyone know what the maximum number of simultaneous key presses on the C64 are?

* New dunk mechanic: You can perform normal 2 handed dunks as before. While in the air, if you double tap down on the joystick, the play will go into slow motion. From here, you can push up or down on the joystick to make one of 2 different 'poses'. Additionally, you can push left or right to make the player spin mid air for a reverse dunk.
I'm still trying to decide on some sort of bonus or incentive to go into this mode (additional energy or something). The risk here will be that if you dont succeed with a dunk, the chances of missing are increased, or worst case richochet off the ring depending on how close you were (both still to be implemented).

* Finally, there is a bug that only infrequently occurs, where the ball during shot does only moves a small distance before a goal being recorded. If anyone spots a way to consistently trigger it, please let me know.
