Could it be a version of Reflex-Tracker V1.1? That's a sample-based player that also credits Quiss and kb as coders.

Now someone pls help identifying this thing. On the disk, you find it under the file name "LSD/NORM+DOUBLE", which apparently was supposed to be a music compo entry (just the tune in the editor frozen altogether, not very elegant...) at Wired 1997, but this failed, as there seems to be no music data. The tracker, though, appears to be missing here as well - looks like the demo version of a semi-commercial product from RFX. Best would be if someone had a proper version, of course. :-)
