Ah, C'mon!
There's a lot wisdom in that sentence:

"For fun! - not for status!"

So don't smoke crack and simply start having fun again! :)

must... resist... temptation to jump into the drama shitstorm once again...

Especially 10 years after joining this scene (again) no one should be surprised to be scorched and roasted here time and again for whatever kind of release. And the more you release, the more feedback in whatever form you will get. Well, some users might not be the most polite gentlemen in the world, but if they were, this would be boring. Is it really desirable to imagine scene like a place where everybody just pats everybody else's shoulder, hug each other and exchange French kisses no matter if a release - objectively - could have needed some polish (<- I do not talk about a language or a nationality)? Must every negative feedback result in the typical "another day at Commodore Scene Drama Base, another rage quit"

Why not just go BTT, congratulations &

@Shine: Please, use glasses the next time when you read my comment... I said i'm NOT ABLE to code like HCL, Graham or whoever is on the top list and i'M NOT able to do high quality gfx like Deekay, i'm NOT ABLE to do this, but i can expect a bit more quality, or? That was all what i said, i do not have fun bashing other releases and i won't do that in the future, but people were giving me 1 point only, too for my releases so i start doing the same...!

@ Xenox.AFL:

I agree with you in some points. This release has a lower quality! But this release don't deserve a 1 vote. I respect you for not doing anonymous voting!
But on the other hand ... you really compare yourself with legends like HCL, Graham, Axis, Death, Deekay ... come on ... hahaha it's unbelievable ... if you know something about coding you should know that this type of compare is just ending with a "incompatible type" error. :) Thats my 5 cent ;)
I take critics very serious at all. And critics are very important (at least for me). So ... bash/bitch all low quality releases in future if that's what make you happy (like it seems)... How old are you again? ... Ahhh ... don't tell it ;)

What the old inactive negativists said is true, however they can't proof that they can do it any better too :-P

Well, it's like an intro, but why some people make a big hassle about it gets beyond me. Just ignore them, G-Fellow.

I bet something very simple would have made a lot of people not even care or even come up with a sophisticated opinion about this release: "Use dick in port #2 to control scollspeeds" ... that's so oldschool though... </irony>

That's totally bullshit what you wrote, G-Fellow…!

Look at the release and judge by yourself and don't tell me that's a good release, a lame Logo, scroller and a not so nice music…!

I'm not able to code like HCL, Graham, or Axis and i'm, not able to do gfx like Death or Deekay for example and i know that not much people in the scene are able to do coding/painting on that quality, but take the sunglasses off and judge your stuff and you should be happy that people make critic on your stuff so you know what you can improve…!

This has nothing to do with destroying the scene, in the old days the critic were much harder, believe me, i remember a lot of fights between groups…!

Leaving the scene suxx..

Anytime to post something in public you are at the risk to get hard criticism or even bashed on.
In old times this product would not have got any public attention because most swappers would not have passed it further. There was silent selection back then. Releases below average had just a chance if there was nothing better to spread at this moment.
You should produce stuff because YOU like it. JSL is a good example of how to handle it. He loves to paint and publishing it is always a risk. But if you do it for YOU and not for public attention, you will not have to take care about people bashing on it.

@G-Fellow: don't take the criticism too hard, try to listen to the ppl with the constructive criticize and avoid the ppl who dislike everything you make with ugly Prejudice . my advice to you: be yourself!! (and try to listen your persons who want to make you better)

look, I've done better logos and charsets AND code than this when I was 16. Dont expect positive feedback from me and others on this. There's just not enough effort and quality in here. Not even enough for constructive criticism. And I'm pretty sure even YOU can do much better than this. THIS Lazy products will NOT earn any of you positive feedback.

Thank you for the congratulations for my 10 years newschool C64 scene! I'm now really motivated to make another 10 years in the C64 Scene! This is called ironic.
Some people do only destroy the C64 scene, I do not know who pay you for this. Some of you give a shit about other people emotions, you insult people like you want
and than you wine when someone do the same with you. I tell you FUCK OFF! Leave the C64 scene! We need friendly Sceners and not people that get a boner when they insult people.
To some of you, simply leave the scene!!! And to the others, thank you for the constructive criticism!
Btw. this tune was finished on 26.05.2013 and I really like this tune, some of my other tunes, I do not like that much after a time, but this I really like.
I can not agree that this has a bad melody and it is not uninspiring.

I think I stop now with the C64 Scene forever. To the people that have still exclusive music frome me, do release it in the productions you wanted to release.
To Alex, I hope you finish one day the FTS 2009 Production, where we worked on.

The friendly C64 people with heart are silent when the scum talks. So I see no reason to stay longer in a scene where people insult this way so often other people.

Go on guys, I think you are able to destroy the complete C64 scene!

Quoting The Dr.j
sorry but whats stands for "sth"

sth = sexually transmitted hair

What TheRyk is trying to tell you guys, shave your pubes before participating in an interracial (black is beautiful) threesome sandwich! It's not so tasty. If you feel uninspired, why do you want to copulate anyway? Mail to him your nudes, especially the bottom line.

I'll show myself out.

I wouldn't say it sucks, but I can't & won't say it's good, either.

Here's my constructive criticism sandwich
a) sth good: the logo and bugfree code of the few effects
b) sth okayish: colors & fonts of scrolls (though the lower one is too slow)
c) sth not so tasty: technically G-Fellow knows how to use a tracker. And he does hit the target time and again, speaking of myself as target group, not this time, though, in terms of melody it IS forgettable, uninspired tooting in my ears, boring, not really bad/annoying but on the brink to it.
d) piece of advice
Music:
G-Fellow, pal, if you feel uninspired, don't compose, but select one of the good tunes which are already there. If you are uncertain if sth is worth releasing, let other ppl listen before, feel free to mail me .SID for feedback, as long as it's not every worktune/every day, I'll tell you what I think.
Visuals:
Black is beautiful, but all in all, this screen is a little too empty.
e) bottom line: if it's not meant to be released within a deadline for some kind of compo or party, take yourself the time it takes, guys. Nobody hurries you along, having released nothing for a month is no excuse to release so-so-ish stuff.

Hope, these words didn't hurt, they were not meant to do so but my honest opinion.

It's okay, but please PLEASE don't make 2x2 char scrollers move 1 pixel per frame... it's the most annoying thing I come across in any production.
