ZPM3 BootDisk v6.2b (16M REU)

The baseline product presented here is a (slightly faster, more featured) Z80 opcode-oriented tweak of the 28-MAY-1987 version of C-128 CP/M Plus, geared for fast mode / 80 column VDC and REU.. .. featuring the ZPM3 BDOS and ZCCP replacements from Simeon Cran. This tweaked CP/M Plus additionally features extra modification to core bits from James Waltrip IV, Randy Winchester, and myself. I also added the utilities packages, startup batch, the 16 MB REU patch, rogue game, and so on.
