Entry is valid. I just reported invalid memory layout yesterday and gave 24h to fix it because the V2.1 entry was from December 10th and I did not check it earlier.

As Excess ESI Tribute V2.1 was not competition compliant ($4000 continuous bytes), this is a late entry agreed with Didi
