Because it doesnt actually do anything. There's a REM line that says "load file here". This isnt corrupt, they never finished it. Also, this is Pira-Ted's widely-spread Yie Ar Kung-Fu crack. Dr. Doom here left the NEPA text in the game alone. So while this isnt a re-crack yet it may be a re-crack in the making.
If we're being generous we could call this an import but I'm getting a strong North American vibe so I'll call it someone's unfinished local BBS spread. |
