This is my (first) shot at doing a 256b sprite-font generator for The 256b Sprite Font Compo.

The heartwarming story behind this little megademo:
When i did the sprites and the logo for my last demo many eons ago (Hardware Accelerated Samples: My Humps), i noticed that it was actually a fully mechanical process to apply the pattern and the lighting to the characters for that kind of graphics. That meant that it wouldn't be too hard to make a computer do it - and that's where the idea for this entry came from. I originally thought about doing a PC tool for it, but this compo was a great excuse for trying to squeeze it into 256b on the C64 instead (and much more fun too!)

Always remember to check out the hidden part!
