Seems a bad dump, 1st file can be safely unpacked but 2nd part gets shifted in memory by some bytes, 3rd part is at $601a instead of $6000. Code at $4c1a should be at $4c00
When the 2nd part crashes, enter vicemonitor
(C:$ded3) bank ram
(C:$ded3) t 4c1a cfff 4c00
(C:$ded3) g 4000

and at the end of 4th part, the file "2*" gets loaded and executed for the rest of the demo parts.

First file won't run the second part, but second file runs and depacks all demo parts correctly.
