I was curious to see why they left it uncrunched, they used XTC packer and Cruel Crunch 2.2 in all layers, so I tried crunching it with CC2.2 myself, and the result ends at $d061, rendering it useless anyway. =) If only exomizer was available back then, it can crunch it to $0801-$c7cf no problem ;)

Must be run with turbocartridge as blocksize is >200.
