As wished I added several documentations (yesterday):
- Production Notes
- Animated Gif
- Download: PDF within zip file
- Help of cmd tool (standard way, already existed before)
@Compyx: Check the pictures. There you can see, that it is all about the real C64 and not about Windows. It only concerns the lower case view though, which you usually will not use that often.

So this basically mixes both CHARGEN's to display PETSCII on a Windows PC, to make some stuff look 'better' in specific cases, that don't work on the real machine?
