Yes, Anonym . Usually you'll change the line number with a monitor, disk editor or already when compiling the program. But sometimes a collector or so might have many programs to check and change. Then this is your choice. Or if you know the tool well and put it into your path, then it's also the way to go.

Interesting idea. I'd probably rather jump into a monitor and hex edit it, but this is more comfortable. To each their own :)
