Sorry, wasn‘t aware on that. Removed link. Will create new entry.

New release should create a new entry.
Don't just add new links - especially not to foreign sites.

I added a link to a small update for the windows version.
Some command-line options added. The one to disable multisampling might help to get this running on older graphicscards.

You can now also specify SID model, although this will make more sense with programmable filters. And setting to 6581 produces buffer-underrun-clicks for me. Seems that 6581-emulation needs some more resources.

Also added the 16x player source. Sample could be replaced with an exported asm-file.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll try keep track of these issues and catch them with more clear error messages.
Regarding the click-noise under MacOS I can confirm that this happens here on my 10 year old MacBook, too. Buffer-underrun :-(. I now hooked up a monitor to the old MB, so I can dig a bit more into it.

@Titus: It can't find the assets folder. It should right besides the exe-file, double check.

The Windows executable version dosn't work for me. It returns the following error sentence:

glium has triggered an OpenGL error during initialization. Please report this error: https://github.com/tomaka/glium/issues
thread 'main' panicked at 'called `Result::unwrap()` on an `Err` value: NotFound', src\\main.rs:52:82
note: run with `RUST_BACKTRACE=1` environment variable to display a backtrace

I was able to build it from source under OS X (sorry.. macOS) 10.14 without problems. Although the audio output is not clear. There's a lot of 'click' noise coming from the program whenever it is started.

@AMB: building the OSX binary should be quite easy with just a few lines in the terminal (pm me, if help required).
I will just not upload a mac-binary here, since I have no clue how to cope with the gatekeeper-drm in a sane manner.

Xiny6581, thank you for the pro-tip with the keyboard. This would really speed up the workflow.
The feature is in the repository. Dunno if it makes sense to post minor changes to the binary here.

Looking kind of interesting. But can you in some way use the keyboard to "track in the notes", instead use the mouse to klick in notes from the keyboard?
Keep it going :)
