This version has the following confirmed bugs:
- In torture stage Anita's sprites are garbled when she is tied to the wall (appears only on NTSC).
- In stage 4 (The Shaft) the game starts immediately with first airlock already open when trainer 5 "Shoot only [3] to unlock" is active.
- After finishing stage 3 (Train Ride) during loading stage 4 (The Shaft) the background is grey instead of black.
