One of my mistakes was instead of using
python; I used py :)

Got it running on Mint 19.3, but had to do "pip3 install git+https://www.github.com/hbldh/hitherdither" first.

Runs perfectly on Ubuntu. Just one question, can it be called from a command line (set all needed parameters and output the image)?

Thanks
I think it's a wise decision to add
executable files for different platforms.
However I am a programmer, but I've got an issue to install one of the modules.

If you aren't programmer, it's impossible to run it :( (at least for me - Win10 x64)

Finally, proper dithering methods... finally, absolute happiness...

If I find the time, I will add some nice executable-bundles for linux/win/macOS. This is the plain python-code ready for action.
