The "North East" guys declared NEC dead a few weeks before the Chip's Challenge release.

Since this entry is locked, I will have to give proper stats in a comment. This game is the US version of Chip's Challenge and was cracked by NEI (Appropriately should have been released as NEC but ohwell) and Imported by Psychobilly of the Hysteric + Insiders co-op. There is no proof that this game is Pal/NTSC because it is unlikely to have needed a Pal fix.
