This is no "new format", just mc bitmap plus sprites in all borders.

While I was coding the core routine (and knowing Electric's sweet spot when it comes to raster colours;)), I decided to add a line colour switch per line (that is, not in the badlines, where a store opcode to a colreg just didn't fit in).

While fiddling the transitions between the upper border to the screen area and vice versa from the screen area to the lower border took a bit of extra time to code, the real challenge was to get the sb sprite-colouring correct. Electric -being the best artist on this c64 planet- was always open for changes in case some col switching should be 'impossible', but I took it as a challenge to get every f**king pixel displayed without asking for a redesign.
