A slightly difference in the game menu. :-) Next the NTSC fix is not really clean. It`s playable but no good solution. On old NTSC there were heavy glitches. The Invincible trainer made the fountains still catching you. You can get out if they are at the bottom which I explained. This solution is not very clean,too.
