My point is more that you should not remove an image and leave it like that. Better have a non-standard image than no image. If the one removing the image is too lazy to create a new one or to inform the uploader about it, then this is the wrong attitude of a moderator. I expect from a moderator to act and not to destroy content and annoy users that have no idea why the screenshot is removed.

The screenshot must be done as indicated when one is uploading it, wrong dimensions means it will be removed.
Constantly having to explain this to EVERYONE gets tiresome, I know. Too bad the CSDB system doesn't allow to reject badly formed screenshots automatically as it should.
Use ViCE normal border, and press alt-c / shift-alt-R depending on the VICE revision.
Replaced with a correct one.

Restored screenshot, because removing it without updating or explaining why it was removed is not the right attitude.

<3 Makes me feel 13 years old again! I love the Hubbard-ish bassline and the Commando FX.

Listened to it on NTSC btw, don't know if that's what it was meant for, but it sounds fantastic to me.
