Omg the scenesat recording has really bad audio and the audience clapping doesn't help the experience x)

The c64 ppt is somewhat unreadable, the presentation though is a pure gold. So simple and elegant solutions to the mess we all get stuck in when coding. The only thing that could be added is some more words on how to get stable raster if needed without adding a lot of overhead.

thanks guys for putting up with the wonky c64 version of the slides :) i've uploaded the pptx version (@pad perhaps the closest we come to "work stages" :D ) here: https://github.com/trident64/c64/raw/refs/heads/main/trident%20..

Thank you for sharing! I had already read your presentation about protothreads in C and was pondering how to implement them in assembly. No need for that anymore after seeing your optimized examples. So damn simple!

Yep, some very nice ideas here! I do hate all the messing around with IRQs.

This is genius. Yet so simple! Most of my coding time is wasted on these fu*king irq reshuffling and setting manual sequencing counters. Thanks for sharing Adam <3 Pure gold.

Trident, why didn't you made them a bit readable?, in hires or smth? I mean its awesome that you made a c64-powerpoint presentation, but it is totally unreadable. I would love to read this and take my time to experiment with this tech, since it is superior to what ever I use..

I require work stages on these images, because I have a sneaking suspicion that they might be wired. :-P

@trident,
are these slides available in somewhere in a more readable form (ppt, txt, doc, etc.)?
Thank you.
