Or maybe someone wanted to bring Sarge down a notch. (I wasn't there, I swear!) BUT, I have to say here the added borders do almost nothing, and am convinced a 320x200 crop would have looked tighter and even supported the facial expression better. Now my eyes are dragged to the dome of the head, which I don't like all that much. Still, I couldn't really give it less than a 10.
