The great idea of doing such a scroller was drawn up by Poison, I've just coded it.

The proportional font came from me for some silly reasons. Also sorry for the lack of proper kerning there :)

that is one tricky scroller - single pixel width scroller over a multicolor logo (and not the double pixel widths like the overlace scroller in Ice Cream Castle ). sneaky and very cool!
