There are SEVERAL errors on compressed file , due to a bad dump. Anyway to make it work: load, enter monitor

> 3b96 8d
and resave it again.
The 1st one is to fix an error in the austrospeed interpreter, else the joystick input would be jerky.
The 2nd one is inside the music routine, that caused the CPU JAM.
The above patch is not enough to recover the file entirely, but at least is playable.
