This is the .d64 creation tool for demo coders: It puts the files to the disk starting from track 1 upwards rather than placing the files around track 18 outwards, writes to unused blocks in the directory, has custom interleave, and supports extended disks with 40 tracks.

Tool for creating .d64 images with custom sector interleaving etc. Also supports extended tracks 35-40 using either SPEED DOS or DOLPHIN DOS BAM-formatting.
