Koala bitpattern setter..

This will take a koala file (.prg/.koa/ .kla?) and a list (up to 4 sections) of colours and re-order the bits in each 8x8 so that the chosen colours per section are mapped to the bit value corresponding to that section. IF that makes sense ;)

It's the most use if you want do draw something in koala and be sure (using this exe) that say all colour 7 on the screen is bit pattern 01 etc

atm, after it's done converting it just replaces colour ram's with 0,1,2,3 so that you can see if it's worked.

I'll add more stuff to it (and fix a possible problem I just thought of) soon.

CAVEAT EMPTOR! It will likely crash if you don't at least come close to giving it the correct commandline :P

You also need to have thought about what it can do and what you're drawing before hand ;) It can't replace 2 colours to the same bitpattern and still show them both as different colours of course..

Usage:
bitmash.exe SOURCE.koa DEST.koa bitcolours0, bitcolours1... etc

Where bitcolours# is a comma delimited list of colours

eg bitmash.exe pic.koa convpic.koa 0 1,2,3 4,5,6 12,13,15
