Wow a cover of a 1k years old tune. Cool. I think the execution could be somewhat better, Fredrik.

Interesting, they sing about raven(s?), but the mood is like about some unbeatable mystical warriors :)

In some cases....and no one wants to brew up more bottles of todays spoiled milk and stash them in the cellar to become vintage. At least......no one I know ;)

You mean, we're aging more like milk rather than wine ? oO

Total awesomeness. Have to record and put it in my car stereo imediately. This tune is full of expressions and feelings.

Hats of to this guy for having the balls to release in spite of the confines dictated by the conservative endangered species. It's not my favorite music, but I'm all for keeping the new blood flowing. Some of the old shit's starting to coagulate.. some of the old blood (unlike wine) doesn't always gain potency and flavor with age ;)

Unfortunately the instruments need varying for this track. It sounds typically bad I'm afraid!

A viking-song from Iceland. 1000 years old.

The lyrics:

Krummi Svaf Í Klettagjá
kaldri Vetrarnóttu Á
verður Margt Að Meini
verður Margt Að Meini
fyrr En Dagur Fagur Rann
freðið Nefið Dregur Hann
undan Stórum Steini
undan Stórum Steini

krummi Svaf Í Klettagjá
krummi Svaf Í Klettagjá

allt Er Frosið Úti Gor
ekkert Fæst Við Ströndu Mor
svengd Er Metti Mína
svengd Er Metti Mína
ef Að Húsum Heim Ég Fer
heimafrakkur Bannar Mér
seppi Úr Sorpi Að Tína
seppi Úr Sorpi Að Tína

krummi Svaf Í Klettagjá
krummi Svaf Í Klettagjá

öll Er Dakin Ísi Jörð
ekki Séð Á Holtabörð
fleygir Fuglar Geta
fleygir Fuglar Geta
en Pó Leiti Út Um Mó
auða Hvergi Lítur Tó
hvað Á Hrafn Að Eta
hvað Á Hrafn Að Eta
