In the emulators untick the Filters in the SID options section to hear the sounds as intented.

This is because I've found recently that this version here of MKII, has some sounds wrong (i.e. in some parts like the start intro, with the starfield screen) if you load game on the 64 side of a C128(real or emulated) but it will sound good played on a classic c64.

(Jan/31/2012) Edit: Now it is fixed, the original links point now to the fixed version (now in zip format).
