Indeed I have seen much worse early attempts including my own as well :)
Still should have taken the time to resolve the flickering of the lower screen area when the FLD is active. (Run in emu with limited speed to visualize.) Keep it up anyhow!

I've seen worse first steps (my own for example, hehehe). Quite enjoyable. In this so-weird-it-did-not-happen-compo discussed some weeks ago this one for sure would have fit. Things to improve: though you can see that some effort was put into gfx, both eagle and tape still looks rather wired than weird.
