The provided .sid file is not only different from the version linked in the demo, but also have invalid init/play addresses as it has data under BASIC ROM and at some point it will read garbage when reading past $a000.
If anything it should have 2 JMPs after the data, at $a2e0 for example
A2E0  4C 00 90  JMP $9000
A2E3  4C 03 90  JMP $9003

and use these 2 addresses as init/play.
Proper version will be in HVSC update.
