Well, according to the official HQ-Site, it's an unofficial release, and so it might be older. But, does it matter? It wasn't revealed until now;)

The problem is that I don't recall exactly the year, but I'm 99% sure it's older. Same goes for your uploading of Load'n play ... it's older too.
