this editor is outstanding, if not only for its great management of easy pixeling and drawing - it also comes with a highly useful toolset for coders in order to convert pictures to a given set of 3 colors in order to manage the screenram and colorram for effects. it also supports copy down to bit level instead of byte level, which is sooo frustrated in most pc editors like project 1 etc.

Added an apparetnly slightly earlier version (e.g. without possibility to change border colour). I think it is not really worth a separate release; PM me if you think otherwise.

My favourite multicolour bitmap editor on the C64. I often use this for char graphics and sprites too.
