@Darth Plagueis, The location is a place called Port Elliot in South Australia. I was walking up this path with my girl friend a few months ago.
The general shape is the same but much of the scene is different. | User Comment Submitted by plagueis on 13 September 2010
Amazing...very restful piece with wonderful color usage. So great! | User Comment Submitted by Conjuror on 10 September 2010
@Deekay I try to do a random dither so it looks less constructed as it is a natural scene. Only NuFli makes it possible :D
And before anyone else posts it, I 'borrowed' the idea/colours for the sky from here http://c64pixels.com/main.php?g2_itemId=1797

NUFLI ftw! ;-D Nice sky, interesting pixeltechnique, forgoing on the AA completely etc. Seems to me a bit like "if JSL did Hires"... | User Comment Submitted by Ed on 8 September 2010
Super crisp landscape. It has a surreal aura of some kind but I like it. | User Comment Submitted by NecroPolo on 8 September 2010
Very nice technique. I like that. | User Comment Submitted by Jazzcat on 7 September 2010
Very nice Steve!
I doubt they are palm trees, more like shrubs. | User Comment Submitted by assiduous on 7 September 2010
wow this is very good! i like it that you`ve sticked to drawing landscapes but have chosen to use the most capable mode this time. one thing that seems strange to me is the barriers being unusually big compared with the palm trees. |
