Confirmed, the left over text is from Midas/Midas_02.sid used in B-Bobs +2 / Legend.
Has been creditfixed and moved in HVSC55
All the credits of the productions using this tune are fixed now
Sidenote: often was used with one muted voice (lda #$0f sta $d418 instead of lda #$1f sta $d418)

I had a look at Intro Preview this was ripped from. It was definately released after the Censor Design Intro, probably Autumn 1990, while the Censor intro is from February 1990. In the crack of Australian Rules Football (memory) you'll find credits for the intro including music credits to Swallow. SWALLOW!, not Midas.
In Intro Preview there's mem text saying music+routine by Midas, but that is trash from another tune, check yourself.
