Should this download be available, being that it's a hack, not an official version that is is available to buy?

For the same reason the crack of the official game release is hidden, this "should" stay hidden for 1 year to help sales. Also the crack is not an official version, you know. No difference. I personally am against this wankery, but it's the rule so it's applied. It's to avoid whiners about cracks being available in here, when it's no secret you can get them everywhere else or just by asking around.
