I'm not sure 'bout my old comment. It's not the typical ABC sys-line (1999 SYS2065 ABC or something like that) and I (so far) never found another ABC release where the compacker has been used.
EDIT: Compacker has been used on Rambo - First Blood Part II (I just read my comment from 2010), so perhaps it's really an ABC release ...

what makes you think this isn't a legal abc packed release? =)

TBC Multicompactor, unpacker=$0100
Entry point: $0820
pass1, find unpacker: $0100
pass2, return to mem: ($a7ae)->$0811
saved $0801-$f4ff as MONTY ON RUN_ABC.prg.0811

TBC Multicompactor, unpacker=$0100
Entry point: $0820
pass1, find unpacker: $0100
pass2, return to mem: $01e1
saved $01e1-$ff7f as MONTY ON RUN_ABC.prg.0811.01e1

they're just 2 layers of the same compacker (tbc)

This one's packed (compacker v2.0).
